Job Title: Presentation Designer
Job Summary:
The role involves creating and managing presentation materials while maintaining alignment with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and organizational tone. The designer will support the Creative Director, focusing on streamlining workflows, creating training materials, and ensuring consistency across slide presentations.

Responsibilities

Slide Updates and Maintenance:

  • Update existing presentation slides in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Ensure all content aligns with regulatory and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to execute revisions efficiently.


Training Material Development:

  • Develop user-friendly guides and training materials on utilizing Slide Masters and maintaining brand consistency.
  • Create step-by-step instructions for internal teams on handling slide templates, GIFs, and theming.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Provide direct support to the Creative Director by taking over specific tasks to reduce workload.
  • Ensure all deliverables are finalized to minimize additional edits or reviews by the Creative Director.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to meet project requirements.

File Management and Organization:

  • Organize and manage content on SharePoint or other platforms used by the organization.
  • Establish clear guidelines for file transfers and storage to reduce confusion and inefficiencies.

Requirements

Experience and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Presentation Designer with a focus on regulatory and brand alignment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including Slide Masters, animations, and theming.
  • Familiarity with creating GIFs for presentations.
  • Experience working with SharePoint is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively with different personalities.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle overlapping deadlines and priorities.
  • Clear and effective communication to provide training and support to internal teams.

Availability:

  • Ability to start quickly, with initial engagement potentially at 20 hours per week, with the possibility of long-term work.

Education:

  • No specific degree required, but relevant certifications or a background in design, communications, or a related field is preferred.

Additional Information

  • The project includes overhauling approximately 1,000 slides, reducing duplication, and creating streamlined templates for future use.

  • The position allows for remote work and requires minimal in-person presence, if any.
