Job Title: Event Photographer – Custodian of the Year Ceremony

Job Summary:
The Event Photographer will be responsible for capturing the key moments of the 2025 Custodian of the Year grand prize celebration. The photographer will document both formal and candid moments that highlight the emotional impact of the event, ensuring high-quality imagery for national PR, internal communications, social media, and future promotional use.

Responsibilities:

Capture staged and candid shots throughout the event, following a provided shot list.
Document key moments, including Dan Davis’ arrival, winner announcement, award presentation, and emotional reactions.
Take posed group photos of Dan Davis with family, Deerfield Administration, Cintas representatives, and students.
Capture exterior shots of the school and crowd interactions.
Provide high-resolution, edited photos promptly post-event for media and promotional usage.
Work collaboratively with videographers, event coordinators, and Cintas representatives to ensure all critical moments are covered.
Requirements:

Proven experience with live event photography, preferably in a corporate or school environment.
Own professional-grade camera equipment.
Ability to capture both candid emotional moments and posed group shots.
Strong organizational skills to work from a specific shot list.
Availability on-site at Deerfield Elementary School on April 30, 2025, from 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM ET.
Ability to quickly edit and deliver photos post-event.
