Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Web Development & Design Consultant to lead the website audit and redesign for our client. This consultant will act as the primary liaison between the client and the external agencies responsible for the audit and redesign phases. The role is critical in ensuring alignment with client's strategic goals, enhancing user experience, and improving the overall digital presence for both patients and members.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the website audit process, ensuring a thorough assessment of user experience, navigation, and content distribution across three websites.
- Collaborate with Client leadership to evaluate and select vendors for the audit and redesign, providing expert insights and recommendations.
- Act as a hands-on consultant during the audit, ensuring actionable findings that align with client’s objectives.
- Guide client through the redesign phase, reviewing mockups, providing feedback on user experience improvements, and ensuring content integration aligns with the organization's goals.
- Facilitate communication between client stakeholders, including senior leadership, physicians, and internal technology teams, to maintain alignment throughout the project.
- Provide regular updates, progress reports, and oversight during each phase of the project.
Deliverables:
- Vendor selection reports and recommendations for both audit and redesign agencies.
- Detailed summary of the audit process with actionable recommendations.
- Oversight reports on the redesign, focusing on user experience, navigation improvements, and design alignment.
- Regular progress updates to ensure all stakeholders are informed.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading website audits and redesigns for healthcare or aesthetics organizations.
- Strong background in web development, design, and user experience optimization.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of guiding both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions.
