Job Title: Google Ads Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Google Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and refine paid search campaigns, ensuring efficient spend and high return on investment. This role will focus on driving targeted traffic, increasing conversions, and aligning ad strategies with ongoing SEO efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Google Ads, keyword strategies, conversion tracking, and audience targeting.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement Google Ads strategies to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to refine campaign targeting.
Optimize ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with SEO teams to align paid search efforts with organic search initiatives.
Implement and manage Google Tag Manager and tracking pixels for conversion tracking.
Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize efficiency.
Stay updated on Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Provide detailed performance reports and insights, recommending data-driven improvements.
Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure alignment between Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Google Ads management, preferably in B2B marketing.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
Experience with keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner).
Ability to create and manage multi-tiered campaign structures for targeted audience segmentation.
Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make actionable recommendations.
Understanding of retargeting strategies and audience refinement.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present campaign performance to stakeholders.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads and other paid social platforms is a plus.
