Collaborate on developing a comprehensive leadership development program
Create content for high-potential leadership development initiatives
Design blended learning experiences, including virtual fireside chats and in-person immersion sessions
Develop manager onboarding guides and leadership journey materials
Support the creation of leadership competency models and development programs
Write and design training content across various formats (slides, video scripts, talking points)
Requirements:
Extensive experience in leadership development and training
Strong writing and communication skills
Ability to create strategic, actionable learning content
Experience with designing multi-stage leadership development programs
Proficiency in creating engaging learning materials and event frameworks
Preferred Background:
Experience in sales enablement or corporate training
Background in instructional design
Familiarity with manufacturing or corporate leadership environments
