Job Description: Paid Media Specialist
Project Overview:
Our client is looking to explore paid advertising as a new marketing channel to drive more website traffic and generate qualified leads. The goal is to implement a targeted paid media strategy that complements their existing marketing efforts.

Project Objectives:

Increase website traffic and visibility for our client's services and content.
Generate a steady flow of marketing qualified leads for the sales team.
Identify the most effective paid media channels and ad formats for our client's target audience.
Develop a scalable paid media strategy that can be optimized over time.

Determine the initial budget allocation for the paid media initiative

Responsibilities

Audience & Keyword Research:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of our client's ideal customer profile and target audience.
  • Identify high-intent keywords and topics relevant to our client's services.
  • Analyze competitor paid media strategies and identify opportunities.

Paid Media Channel Evaluation:

  • Assess the viability of various paid media channels (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic).
  • Provide recommendations on the most suitable channels based on our client's goals and target audience.

Campaign Development & Launch:

  • Create compelling ad creatives and copy tailored to our client's offerings.
  • Set up and configure paid media campaigns across the selected channels.
  • Implement robust tracking and attribution to measure campaign performance.

Ongoing Optimization & Reporting:

  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations.
  • Provide regular reporting on key metrics, including traffic, leads, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with our client to refine the paid media strategy over time.

Timeline & Deliverables:

  • Initial Paid Media Assessment: 2-3 weeks
  • Campaign Development & Launch: 4-6 weeks
  • Ongoing Optimization & Reporting: Monthly

Deliverables:

  • Detailed audience and keyword research report.
  • Paid media channel recommendations and implementation plan.
  • Fully configured and launched paid media campaigns.
  • Weekly/monthly performance reports and optimization recommendations.
