Job Title: Paid Social Media Advertising Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Paid Social Media Advertising Specialist to develop, manage, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns for small business clients, primarily in service-based industries. The ideal candidate will take a consultative approach, offering strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to maximize campaign performance. While Facebook ads are the primary focus, experience with LinkedIn ads is a plus for potential future campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Facebook advertising campaigns, including setup, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on A/B testing, audience targeting, and ad placements to improve performance.
  • Work closely with clients in service-based industries (e.g., law firms, consulting, healthcare) to align campaign strategies with their goals.
  • Offer consultative insights rather than just executing tasks—helping clients understand campaign effectiveness and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to ensure ad creative aligns with campaign objectives.
  • Track key performance metrics and provide clear, actionable reports.
  • Adjust campaigns based on data-driven insights and client feedback.
  • Maintain a cost-effective approach to ad spend, ensuring campaigns fit within small business budgets.
  • Potentially manage LinkedIn ads for select clients, as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Facebook ad campaigns (campaign setup, audience targeting, bid strategy, and optimization).
  • Strong understanding of ad performance analytics and reporting.
  • Ability to consult and guide clients rather than just execute tasks.
  • Experience working with service-based businesses (legal, consulting, healthcare, etc.) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn advertising is a bonus but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear campaign insights to clients.
  • Flexible availability for per-project work with transparent time estimates and budgeting.
