Job Title: Paid Social and Search Specialist
Location: Remote
Job Summary:
The Paid Media and Search Specialist will be responsible for executing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn and paid search channels. This role is critical in driving traffic, generating leads, and refining audience targeting. The specialist will work closely with internal stakeholders to build and manage campaigns, conduct A/B testing, and provide strategic insights for performance improvements.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and search engines.
Execute ad builds, audience targeting, and campaign optimizations.
Set up and manage UTM tracking to monitor campaign performance.
Collaborate with internal teams for ad content creation, including copy and graphics.
Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, and creatives to improve performance.
Provide weekly performance reports and strategic recommendations.
Adjust campaign strategies based on data insights and business needs.
Participate in weekly check-ins to review metrics, audience performance, and budget allocation.
Ensure campaigns align with broader marketing and lead generation goals.
Utilize tools such as Power BI to analyze data and report findings.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in paid media execution, with a focus on LinkedIn Ads and paid search.
Strong knowledge of audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance analytics.
Experience managing budgets and tracking ad spend.
Familiarity with UTM tracking, reporting tools, and campaign analytics.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Experience in B2B advertising is preferred.
Understanding of lead generation strategies, including gated content campaigns.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Information
