Job Summary:

The RFP Writer is responsible for managing and developing high-quality, competitive proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). This role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information, crafting clear and compelling proposal content, and ensuring all submissions meet the required deadlines and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in RFP writing, proposal management, or technical writing.
Strong understanding of the RFP process, including proposal development best practices.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Experience with proposal management software and document collaboration tools.
Strong research and analytical skills to develop well-informed, competitive responses.
Knowledge of compliance regulations and industry standards relevant to RFPs.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract review, legal analysis, or paralegal work.
Familiarity with corporate contracts, vendor agreements, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Experience in reviewing and applying redlines to legal documents.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify key contractual risks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, legal document management tools, and collaboration software.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
