Title: Lead Graphic Designer

Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a wide range of visual assets to support various departments, including marketing, development, retail, and more.

Responsibilities

• Design print and digital materials such as posters, flyers, brochures, books, signage, and social media graphics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand their design needs and deliver high-quality, on-brand solutions.
• Prepare files for print and digital production, working closely with vendors and printers.
• Assist with photography and videography projects as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices to continuously improve the organization's visual identity.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

4 years of professional graphic design experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Experience with Canva and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills.
Ability to work on both Mac and PC systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:

Photography and/or videography skills.
Experience working with printers and vendors.
Knowledge of web design and digital asset management.
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dayton, Ohio.
