Creatives On Call is currently seeking an experienced Instructional Designer with expertise in Articulate Storyline to support our corporate client's training overhaul initiative based in St. Louis, MO. This position offers the opportunity to rebuild and rebrand training materials, including converting existing content from Captivate to Articulate Storyline.

Duration: Full-time, 40 hours per week, with a flexible timeline.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our client's team to rebuild and rebrand training materials using Articulate Storyline.
• Convert existing training content from Captivate to Articulate Storyline.
• Work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure training content meets learning objectives.
• Develop engaging and interactive e-learning modules that align with the client's new brand identity.
• Incorporate multimedia elements, assessments, and simulations to enhance learning experiences.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and accessibility requirements.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and experience in rebuilding and rebranding training materials.
• Strong instructional design skills and understanding of adult learning principles.
• Experience with converting training content from Captivate to Articulate Storyline.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Familiarity with SCORM and LMS integration (preferred).
