Social Media & Digital Content Creator

The Social Media & Digital Content Creator will develop, design, produce, schedule, and publish digital content supporting the company's day-to-day marketing plan, with primary focus on social media, distributor e-newsletters, product/how-to video content, and light website/CMS content updates. The role is primarily hands-on and implementation-focused, with collaborative input into content planning and strategy.
Three primary roles:
1. Social media content creation and publishing: content development, scheduling, posting, calendar support, and channel monitoring for Instagram, Facebook, Linkedln, and YouTube.
2. Distributor digital communications: creation, design/build, QA, and deployment of monthly distributor e-newsletters through Mailchimp.
3. Photography/videography and product content: creation of product videos, how-to content, training clips, event content, and social/email-ready digital assets.
Responsibilities
- Develop, design, schedule, publish, and monitor social media content for Instagram, Facebook, Linkedln, and YouTube, with emphasis on product education, distributor support, contractor-facing awareness, and engagement with existing audiences.
- Create and edit product videos, how-to content, training clips, and short-form social/email/event content that demonstrates product use and supports distributor and contractor education.
- Create packaging for new products, update packaging for existing products.
- Create, write, design/build, QA, and send monthly distributor e-newsletters through Mailchimp, collaborating with freelance content creators and internal stakeholders as needed.

- Create event and sales-support collateral, including Demo Days, distributor Customer Appreciation events, and related promotional materials.
- Maintain and update the company's Resource Center/SharePoint site with approved content and marketing resources.
- Make occasional front-end content updates in the website/CMS, including typo fixes, posted content, and basic product/content updates. No coding, back-end development, or website development is required.
- Support seasonal promotions, events, and tradeshows by creating or adapting digital content, flyers, social posts, email content, and other marketing assets.
- Research trends and new marketing opportunities
