How to Use Empathy to Build the Best Team

Watch full webinar here.

Some say empathy is a soft skill not necessary to create a positive work environment. I believe that empathy is crucial in the work environment, and leads to a deeper understanding of the needs of others. Which leads to a team that is heard but also feels more connected to the overall business. Please join me as I dig deeper in how empathy can play an important role and how each one of us can take small steps to become a more empathetic leader. Hello, I'm Holly Shoemaker, Creative Director and Design Consultant, based in Cincinnati Ohio. Throughout my 23 years in design, I have become a brand builder and leader within the creative industry. My experiences have shaped me into the creative person that I am today; someone who listens, leads, inspires and tries to bring fun into our everyday work. I believe creative genius comes from positive energy. This contagious vibe results in open and honest communication, and ultimately excellent internal and external client relationships. Join Creatives On Call and artist, Holly, for this informative and timely webinar.
