Project Title:
Environmental Designer

Overview:
The project focuses on implementing a finalized environmental design across several new office spaces for a client in the banking and financial sectors. The majority of the design is complete, and the primary goal is seamless implementation across the various locations.

Project Scope:

• Timeline: December 2024 – January 2025, with potential for extension.
  
• Hours: Designers will work upwards of 30 hours per week.
  
• Onsite Requirement: Availability to work onsite in Cincinnati 2-3 days per week.
  
  

Objectives:

• Execute and implement the existing design plan effectively across new office spaces.
• Ensure design consistency and functionality tailored to the client’s requirements within the banking and financial sectors.
• Meet deadlines and adhere to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement finalized environmental design plans across multiple office spaces.
• Ensure designs align with the client’s standards and specifications, particularly within the banking and financial industry.
• Collaborate with the project team and other designers to address logistical and spatial challenges during implementation.
• Provide consistent updates to the team, documenting progress and resolving design-related issues as needed.
• Deliver high-quality, on-brand, and functional solutions within the set timeline.

Requirements

• Proven experience in office space environmental design, particularly in the banking and financial sectors.
• Strong understanding of spatial planning, environmental design standards, and implementation processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to adapt designs to fit client specifications.
• Ability to work on-site in Cincinnati, OH, 2-3 days per week.
• Availability to start immediately and commit to 30+ hours per week.
