Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a Digital Content Specialist to join their marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing content across various digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency, optimizing for SEO, and collaborating with internal teams to drive engagement and growth.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop and manage content for websites, blogs, emails, and paid ads, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Amazon.
- SEO Optimization: Align all written content with SEO best practices, utilizing tools to optimize for keywords and search algorithms.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and enforce the brand’s voice and tone across all digital channels, ensuring consistency in messaging.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across various departments to gather insights and create content that resonates with the target audience.
- Content Strategy: Transform quarterly concepts into compelling blog articles, email campaigns, and paid advertisements. Manage content testing to improve results.
- Performance Tracking: Collaborate with the team to analyze content performance, using insights to optimize future campaigns and improve engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in content creation and digital marketing, ideally in B2B or manufacturing industries.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Experience with SEO and understanding of how to optimize content for search engines.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, WordPress, and email marketing platforms.
- A proactive mindset with a strong ability to take ownership of content initiatives from concept to execution.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and SMEs to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content.

Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, product, and/or service marketing.
- Background in writing for both product-focused and service-focused audiences.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and basic content management systems.
- Familiarity with paid media advertising and campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Amazon).
