Brand Activation Leader
We're looking for a creative marketing professional to lead our client's integrated marketing efforts. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our brand activation strategies, working with our creative teams to bring our brand to life across media campaigns and social channels.
You'll map out marketing plans, set goals, and track what's working. This means managing their agency partners, keeping projects on schedule and within budget, and presenting work to their leadership team. Your organizational skills will be put to good use as you juggle multiple projects in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do as Brand Activation Leader
1.) Create and execute our integrated marketing plan by working with teams across the company (Brand, Media, PR, Retail, and more)
2.) Bring national advertising campaigns to life by:
- Writing clear briefs for our agency partners
- Developing advertising for TV, streaming, social media, and display ads
- Managing the creative review process
- Making sure everything launches perfectly, on time, and within budget
3.) Track how our ads are performing and make them even better by:
- Reviewing performance metrics
- Spotting opportunities to fill messaging gaps
- Implementing test and learn plans with our media team
4.) Lead major campaign development for new product launches:
- Write creative briefs
- Oversee production from start to finish
- Keep everyone in the loop on our messaging
5.) Manage our social media presence across platforms like Meta, Pinterest, and YouTube:
- Create evergreen content
- Try out new platform capabilities
- Keep our paid ads optimized
- Stay on top of what competitors are doing and recommend how we should respond
6.) Represent Brand Activation in cross-functional meetings, create clear presentations, and incorporate feedback
7.) Keep track of budgets, process invoices, and support planning efforts
Requirements
1.) Bachelor’s Degree required
2.) Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience managing integrated marketing planning and execution,
advertising and creative development for a consumer brand
3.) Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
4.) Highly organized and deadline driven
5.) Skilled at managing the creative process and inspiring excellence from agency partners
6.) Ability to travel approximately once a month to agency meetings, photoshoots, etc.
7.) Proficient in Microsoft applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint
