Experienced WordPress front-end PHP HTML CSS developer to join a sports company's creative department. Front-end Developer will be responsible for leading the design-team in continuing the maintenance of the primary site and 7 other site pages of a current site as well as developing new an innovative web-based site/pages for merchandising and events; a complex ecosystem that providing information, signup and management -  working with Shopify.

Experience:

- Strong experience in PHP development

- Experience in WordPress

- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery

- Knowledge of server-side frameworks like React.js is a plus

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP and related technologies

- Knowledge in utilizing Bootstrap 5 to quickly create CSS framework for developing responsive and Mobile-First applications..

- Experience using Bootstrap 5 themes in building dynamic web pages by integrating PHP code with HTML and Bootstrap's CSS and JavaScript components.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy/release new features

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices

- Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or identified during testing

- Optimize software performance and scalability

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements

Experience:

- Strong experience in PHP development

- Experience in WordPress

- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery
