We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Production Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will excel in crafting visually appealing and functional designs for a variety of digital and print mediums. This role requires expertise in creating production-ready templates, packaging designs, email design and social content. The candidate must also be highly proficient in design tools and committed to delivering high-quality, on-brand assets. This role will involve around 40-50 assets per month of quick turn templated projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce social media templates that are visually engaging and align with brand guidelines.
• Create responsive and mobile-ready email templates that enhance user experience.
• Develop flyer templates in multiple formats to suit various marketing needs.
• Plug in images in to templates for social media, packaging, flyer and email content.
• Ensure designs are production-ready and meet all print/digital/email specifications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design and production design roles.
• Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to design for both digital and print mediums with a focus on responsiveness and adaptability.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
